This heritage structure about 200 years old was originally called the “Thekke Veliyalikkal Warrier” which meant it housed the warrier community.

With a build up area of 2152 square feet It is spread over 9000 square feet.
The structure is a classic Kerala style called the “Nalukettu”. Nalukettu is a traditional name of old Tharavadu (Ancestral name) where many generations of matrilineal family lived. In simple terms it just means a residence with one inner courtyard. It was ibuilt according to the science of architecture “Kumara Thachusastra “ otherwise called “Vasthu”.

“Kunnampath Heritage” is a standalone property with a Padippura meaning a traditional gateway on a path leading to the main building. There are a variety traditional fruit bearing plants and medicinal herbs within the premises. Located about 1.5KM from the city center and downtown, it is easily accessible. East fort junction is about 750 meter away which has variety of dining.

“Atreya medicity” a super speciality Hospital is about 400 meters from the property. Despite being located in the city it exudes an old world charm with a quaint atmosphere.
